Huell Howser, a notable PBS travelog personality, visited Cal Orchid in 2010 and was delighted and excited to discover the wild colors of Cal-Orchid bred reedstem Epidendrums proclaiming Cal-Orchid the  "EpiCenter" of the orchid world!
